1.      Avoid fat and reduce carbohydrate. Never omit your carbohydrate consumption you are your meal even if you are in the diet program. Just consume it in the right proportion.

2.      Reduce sugar in your beverage. Avoid consuming soft drink because it contains a high sugar. You can also consider using low fat sugar for your drink.

3.      You should eat three times a day. Reduce your eat frequency from three to two only slow down your fat metabolism. Therefore, keep eating three times a day with right proportion and in the right time.

4.      At least, you still could eat 3 hours before you sleep. Eating before sleeping will give you extra fat because there are no activities done which could burn your last food. Therefore, if you feel starving toward your bedtime, it is suggest drinking low fat milk.

5.      Cardio exercise such us run, swim, treadmill and aerobic. Sport is the best combination with diet. Routine exercise could give you both healthy and sexy body.

6.      Reduce consuming fried food and move to boiled one. Everybody knows that cooking oil contain a high fat. Thus, you must avoid fried food. Some grilled fish of chicken also be oiled before they grilled. So, you must consider to avoid that food too.

7.      Beautiful morning for exercise. Morning exercise is more effective because we could maximize the fat burning.

8.      Always prefer to walk than escalator. Choose a closer route, which can pass on foot. Routine walk will give you a significant influence that irregular hard practice.

9.      Enjoy your life. Psychological factor has a big influence to success your diet program. Make sure that you enjoy your weight loss program happily.

10.   A high quality of rest time. The best rest time is around 6-8 hours a day not more and not less.

Never eat every kind of food in the buffet. If you tempting to eat all the food in the buffet party, make sure that you only take a very small portion.
