1. Change your eat habit

It is all about foods. Try to reduce the consumption of carbohydrates. Since too much carbohydrate can slow your metabolism down. Too much carbohydrate is not metabolized at once as the body does not need too much energy at once. Besides, the sugar from the carbohydrates will turn into fat. Try to choose good carbohydrates for your diet such as fresh fruits, vegetables, oats, brown rice or sweet potato which release carbohydrates slowly. Furthermore, try to avoid cakes, pasta, white bread, cookies, donuts or biscuits since they can make an addition of fat. Remember, you need to stay away from junk food also, since usually it contains high sugar or refined carbohydrate, which will lead to the decreasing of fat burning and increasing your appetite.

2. Change your night habit

Try not to have late night snacks. The problem is, there is not much activity done after that in the late night, even some of us are going to bed directly after having late night snacks. Then the overload sugar will turn into belly fat. Also, when you are sleeping, try to sleep well. Try to get used sleeping with the light off. There is a research that shows, sleeping with a light on or a soft night light will change the appetite.

3. Change your bad habit
