5. Discipline If you want to lose weight, you first have to bear in your self-discipline. You need discipline to do anything that can help you to be able to lose weight We all know, if the formation of muscle tissue is better than fat tissue. What is clear to do regular. If you can not discipline, then you will never achieve what you want.
